To make it out alive, you must escape the house while being cautious and quiet. Granny has her usual sharp hearing. Although Grandpa doesn't hear well, his punches are strong. Therefore, move carefully and seek out objects to progress through the levels. If you drop something, Granny will hear it and rush towards you.
