Rock Paper Scissors - Version 3

Two participants are engaged in a game of rock, paper, scissors, and your task is to declare the winner of each round. The rules follow the standard rock, paper, scissors format, and you must determine which player wins or, in the event of a tie, declare it a draw. You are given a limited amount of time to announce the outcome, and if you fail to do so within the given timeframe or make an incorrect judgment, you will lose one life. You start with 5 lives, allowing for 5 errors.
